Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for helping me out a few weeks ago when I thought I deleted a folder of photographs on someone's Mac(I'm not a Mac owner).

Your staff were very helpful, especially the lady (the owner, sorry I didn't ask your name?) and a technical guy, in discussing what could and couldn't be done. I especially appreciated the frank advice from the technical guy on what would be the likely outcome (that the data wouldn't be recovered),and a referral to a forensics partner (complete with telephone number),rather than taking in the computer just to maybe earn a little on the diagnosis fee.

Help much appreciated, and worth a pat on the back for the great service.
