Manage your inventory

MYOB Accounting automatically adjusts your inventory as you buy and sell items, so you always know what’s in stock. The Receive Inventory function provides a clear and easy way to receive items into inventory when they arrive.

  • Use the new Standard Cost field as the basis of item values on Purchases/orders in place of Last Cost
  • Sell items that have not been received yet by letting your inventory go negative
  • Track short shipments, partial shipments, back orders and what's left on order from the original Purchase Order
